🧩 Quotation templates and optional products

Save your standard offers as templates so a quotation takes seconds, and upsell with optional products.

Enable templates

In Sales > Configuration > Settings, tick Quotation Templates. A new menu Configuration > Quotation Templates appears.

Build a template

  1. Name it after the offer ("Implementation starter pack", "Monthly support").
  2. Add the lines that are always included, with quantities and sections.
  3. Add Optional Products: the customer can add them with one click when viewing the quotation online.
  4. Set the default validity (days) and, if you use it, the online confirmation options.

Use it

On a new quotation, pick the Quotation Template field first - it fills the lines, terms and validity. You can still edit anything afterwards.

Tip: a template with sections and a note at the bottom reads like a proposal. Many customers never need a separate document.
