A bug we can reproduce is half fixed. Copy this into your message:
Steps: 1) ... 2) ... 3) ... Expected: ... Actual: ... (exact error text) Record: (paste the URL) User: (who was logged in)
If there is an error popup
Click See details and copy everything, including the last lines - they name the file and the reason. A screenshot of the top half alone is rarely enough.
If nothing happens at all
Press F12, open the Console tab, repeat the action and send a screenshot of any red lines.
