Tell us the goal

"We need a button that emails the warehouse" is a solution. "The warehouse learns about urgent orders too late" is the problem - and often Odoo already has a way to solve it without custom code (an automated action, a notification, a filter).

What happens next

1. We reply with a proposal: configuration, an existing app, or custom development, with an estimate.
2. You confirm. Small changes go to your test database first; you check them there.
3. We move the change to production at an agreed time and note it in your project thread.

Good to know

• Custom code must be carried over at every Odoo upgrade. We keep it small on purpose.
• Reports and dashboards are often faster to build in Odoo's own tools than to develop.
