What it does
- Turnover Requests created from a sales order, with lines and the related SLA contract.
- Approval configuration: who approves what, in which order; approval lines recorded on the request.
- Confirmed Turnover list for what has been signed off.
- Cancellation wizard with a reason; chatter and activities on every request.
How it is used
- Set up the approval configuration once.
- From a sales order, create a turnover request.
- Approvers act on their line; the request moves to confirmed.
