Goods should not leave the warehouse when the customer is over their credit limit or has not paid the agreed deposit. This module checks at validation and lets a manager override with a trace.
What it does
- Credit check and upfront-payment check at delivery validation, based on payment terms and the customer's credit.
- Override wizard for managers: reason recorded on the transfer.
- Settings to turn checks on per company.
How it is used
- Enable the checks in Inventory settings.
- Warehouse validates deliveries as usual; blocked ones show the reason.
- A manager overrides when justified; the reason stays on record.
