Keelhouse installs a small agent on each server and gives you one dashboard for all of them: Odoo.sh-style control on your own infrastructure.

What it does

  • Overview of hosts, instances, database sizes and SSL expiry across all servers.
  • Start, stop and restart instances; run module updates as tracked jobs with full output.
  • Scheduled backups with retention, and restores.
  • SSL certificates issued and renewed.
  • Organisations with members and roles (viewer, member, admin, owner); every action recorded.
  • Agent connects outbound only: no SSH keys to share, no inbound ports to open.
  • Works with Odoo 16 to 20 on Ubuntu and Debian.

How it is used

  1. Create an organisation and run the one-line install command on each server.
  2. Instances appear automatically; set backup schedules and certificates.
  3. Operate everything from the dashboard; the job log keeps the history.
