When goods are bought and held for a customer before shipping (for example to lock in a price or a tax safe-harbor date), you need to track what belongs to whom. This module moves stock into a per-customer location and reports it.
What it does
- Customer Stock wizard on a delivery order: choose lines and quantities, create the internal transfer to the customer's stock location.
- The delivery is then reserved from the customer's location, so the right units ship.
- Customer Stock report: what each customer holds, by product and quantity.
How it is used
- From a confirmed delivery, run Customer Stock Transfer and pick the lines.
- Stock moves into the customer's location; the delivery reserves from it.
- Check the Customer Stock report at any time.
