Banks and auditors ask the same question every month: does the stock on hand match the inventory value in the books? This report answers it from Odoo's own data and explains every difference.
What it does
- Stock on hand valued at the chosen date (FIFO valuation), by product and location.
- Balance sheet inventory accounts, including stock interim received and delivered accounts.
- Differences shown and explained: goods received not yet billed, delivered not yet invoiced, adjustments.
- Company and go-live cut-off parameters, so history before Odoo does not distort the figures.
- PDF report for the bank, plus the on-screen list for drilling into any line; re-run for any past month-end.
How it is used
- Open the report, choose the company, the as-of date and the valuation accounts.
- Compute; review the differences on screen.
- Print the PDF for the bank or auditor.
Who it is for
