Odoo's appointment apps are Enterprise. This one is written from scratch on Website, CRM, Calendar and Mail: define appointment types, set opening hours, and visitors book without an account.
What it does
- Appointment types (discovery call, demo, review) with duration and weekly opening hours.
- Slot engine that removes taken, blocked, too-soon and too-far slots; unavailability periods.
- Public booking page at /appointment: pick a time, four fields, done. No login.
- Bookings with statuses (to confirm, confirmed, done, cancelled), calendar events and emails.
- Bookings list and To Confirm queue in the back office.
How it is used
- Create appointment types and opening hours.
- Link Book a Meeting in your menu to /appointment.
- Work bookings from the To Confirm list.
