The answer is already in Odoo. Getting it out is the problem.
Someone wants to know which customers slipped this quarter, or which products keep going out of stock. The data is right there - but answering means knowing which model holds it, building a filter, adding a group-by and exporting to a spreadsheet. So the question gets asked by email instead, and answered two days later.
This module puts an assistant in your systray, on every screen, that answers those questions directly against your live database and draws the chart to go with it.
What it does
- Searches and filters any business model, runs grouped totals, counts and averages, and discovers fields on its own.
- Answers render as formatted text - headings, tables, lists - and download as PDF. Charts download as images.
- Ask it to "build a dashboard for Q3 sales" and it saves a reusable one with live date-range and salesperson filters.
- Schedule a prompt to run daily or weekly unattended and have the answer emailed, logged as a note, or turned into an activity.
- Reusable single-purpose Agents, per-user chat Projects, and an "Ask AI" entry in the cog menu of any record.
- "Suggest with AI" on new quotations: recent customers, quotation templates and frequently-bought products, one click to fill the form.
It only ever sees what you can already see
Every query runs under the user's own login. No service account, no back door - it cannot read a record your access rights would refuse you. It is read-only out of the box; writing is optional, limited to allowlisted models, and nothing is saved until a person reviews the exact proposed values and approves them.
Before you buy
This module is the interface, not the AI. It needs your own API key from Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI, billed by them based on your usage - that cost is separate from the purchase price. Answering a question means sending the relevant records to the provider you chose, so check that against your own data-protection obligations before rolling it out. And while it reads real data rather than inventing it, it is still a language model: treat its output as a fast first draft, not an audited figure.
