Automated Invoice Reminders
Overdue invoices get chased late, or not at all, because chasing them is somebody's least favourite job. It is also exactly the kind of task a rule handles better than a person.
This is the pattern we build most often: a clear trigger, an owner, and a next step - so the follow-up happens on time without anybody having to remember it.
